All orders below £500.00 will incur a £9.99 delivery charge.

All orders exceeding £500.00 will be delivered free of charge, this will automatically be applied at the checkout.

Please not that due to the nature of "purchase order items" your order may be delivered in separate consignments. 

Non-deliveries

Should our delivery of your order not be successful or rejected by yourself:

All further delivery attempts will incur additional charges.

Should the order be cancelled, and no further delivery attempts be required, you will incur a 10% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to treat a non-delivery in the same manner as our Returns Process.

Can I track my order?

For medium - large items our delivery partners will mostly provide a tracking number 

Do I get a delivery timeslot?

Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.

Can I collect my order from you myself?

This is not a service we currently provide.

Can I change my delivery date?

Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps - there will be a redelivery charge.

I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?

We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.

Can you assemble my furniture for me?

Most items will require minimal assembly however items that do require more will be provided with the adequate instructions - our delivery partners do not assemble the good for you.
